Returns & Refunds Policy
We stand by our 'No quibble' guarantee, so if you are unhappy with any of our items, please contact us and return the unwanted item within 30 days and we will issue a full refund - wether you've used it or not. Please contact us first by email (email@example.com) as we can reply same day and maybe able to work out a faster solution
To complete your return, please return the unwanted items along with your full name and order number to:

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue a refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or your credit card company, as it may take 2-3 days before your refund has shown up on your report. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
